The staff was really helpfull, the hotel was overall clean and placed in an old part of the city adjacent to the railways station, the center of Strasbourg. Prime location for my purposes.

The bed of mine was not very comfortable.

Well-equipped room, brilliant location & perfect breakfast. Funky style hotel with dark furniture in the rooms. The beds were lovely and the view was lovely. The stay at this cozy venue was a great one.

the staff was very professional, the room was lovely and cool. breakfast was included, it's always a plus. particularly good location, just a pleasant stroll away from palais rohan. the quick check-in process too.

Definitely, there was maintenance missing.

We will definitely visit place next time as everything met needs well. Hotel was very clean. Strasbourg Train district was worth staying in. Restaurant was good.

Fine base for a short stay, recommended. The staff where accommodating and location was superb! Many thanks to receptionist! Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.
